We do not make returns for products that are washed, worn or without the label, therefore we will check the condition of the product upon return, reserving the right not to refund or exchange goods if we deem it appropriate.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be made no later than 15 days after receiving the package. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the customer or third parties, therefore once the 15 day threshold has been exceeded, returns will no longer be possible.

How to make a return?

Follow the instructions attached to the copy of the order.
