Shipments are made via specialized couriers. All products are sanitized before packaging, to guarantee maximum hygiene and health safety.

For local deliveries (EXPRESS SHIPPING) , orders received before 12pm will be delivered to you by 9pm on the same day (service valid from Monday to Saturday, only for Naples and surrounding areas)

For national deliveries, orders will be shipped the next working day from the time of ordering, and will be delivered to you within 24/48 working hours (service valid from Monday to Friday)

During sales periods and Christmas holidays , shipping times may be longer.


Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package. The packages are packed and sealed.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact us.

If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any complaint regarding damage or missing items must reach us no later than 7 days from the delivery date, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
